About me

After years of debilitating gastrointestinal and skin issues from chronic antibiotic use earlier in my life, I finally realized that I was only covering up the symptoms of my ailments instead of figuring out why they were there in the first place. Consciously changing my diet and investigating the underlying drivers made more of a positive difference than anything else I had ever tried, and I quickly realized the powerful connection between what we eat to our ability to not only find, but optimize health and the ability to feel well. By virtue of using food as medicine, I committed to being the kind of practitioner and health ally to my clients that I wished I had during my most challenging times.

Haley Mannix received her diploma as a Certified Nutrition Consultant from Bauman College, graduating with honors in 2017. She founded Well Beings Nutrition the same year and has been guiding clients in finding balance and optimizing their health through nutrition ever since. In 2021, she completed Functional Medicine Practitioner Training through the Kresser Institue and has been a professional member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP) since 2017.
